Yearly Administration Fee 2025
Dear Parents,
The yearly administration fee is due on May 1st each year. This fee covers extra expenses incurred by our practice throughout the year that are not covered by insurance.
We look forward to another year of providing individualized, quality care for each of our patients. Please refer to the following list as examples of services & costs:
- Referrals to specialists
- Medical Records keeping & transfer
- Insurance prior authorizations
- Fees and postage for medical bills
- Prescription refills(excludes control drugs)
- Scheduling of procedures
- Phone calls (MD & Nursing Advice)
- Regulatory fees (CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA)
- School forms, daycare forms etc.
- Access to weekend clinic ( MPA )
- After hours Doctor’s Exchange
- Mandatory continuing education courses
- Credit and debit card fees(some are 3.4%)
- Medical Software licensing
- Website and portal access
- Ordering special supplies/physical therapy
- Orders for speech & occupational therapy
- Long-distance fees
- Coordinating care with specialists
- Maintain electronic security

An additional credit card fee will be charged if you wish to pay your fee with a credit or debit card.

The fee should be paid in one payment for the entire family and is due May 1st.
