Under certain circumstances, we are able to perform an office visit remotely. Please call the office to see if your child is eligible for a remote visit. Most insurances cover a remote office visit just like a regular doctor's appointment.

Set up in a well-lit room free of distractions. We know that’s easier said than done at home, but it will make for an easier appointment.

Visits work best on a mobile device with a camera.

Log in 10 minutes before your virtual visit using the link sent to you when your visit is confirmed. Download the software required for the visit so you’re ready to go when your appointment begins.

Visits work best when you’re connected to a fast WIFI or a wired connection. Sign up using your email, your name and your child's name and you’ll be placed in a virtual waiting room until your visit begins.

Preparation for your Telehealth Visit:

  • Thermometer or recent temperature
  • Flashlight or light source so we can look at your child’s throat.
  • Child's current weight
  • Your pharmacy information
  • Your child will have to be undressed in order to do a thorough examination.

Don’t worry if other children, pets, or other distractions are around. We get it, you’re at home and that’s what happens at home.

We’re excited to offer this new service to our patients to ensure the health and wellness of your family. Please feel free to ask questions when you call to schedule your appointment.
