The administration fee for 2025 will increase to $150/ child (maximum family charge $450). There is an additional fee if this payment is made by credit card.
If your family cannot afford this fee, please schedule a phone consultation with Dr. Reese.
Fees are due by May 1, 2025.
Unfortunately, all of our expenses have markedly increased and insurance company contracts have not allowed us to adjust prices accordingly. The administration fees help cover the cost of our government required charting system, vaccine registries, IT & security, electronic processing of prescriptions, our answering services and general overhead.
Benefits to you in addition to keeping doors open:
1. Phone call coverage 24/7- 365. This is available through the Doctor's Exchange and puts you in contact with a pediatrician or nurse practitioner works in our office (or Midland Pediatric Associates whom we partner with).
PLEASE DO NOT TEXT OR CALL PROVIDERS DIRECTLY.
Starting January 2025, if parents do not go through the front office or Doctor's exchange to contact our providers, you will be charged for a virtual visit to be paid out of pocket and not filed with your insurance.
2. Small practice size for more immediate access & individualized care.
3. Refills of medication with phone call to office versus monthly appointments. One yearly visit is required for all chronic medications.
Other 2025 fee changes:
1. Controlled drug refills will increase to $25. It is your responsibility to make sure medication is in stock. We are charged for sending regardless.
2. Missed appointments: 1st $50, subsequent $100
3. Insufficient fund checks: $25
